Skype包月套餐明文规定：包月套餐需遵守公平使用原则，每个月上限10000分钟包月，一天不得超过12小时，仅供一个人使用，不得以任何方式实现多个人使用一个帐号，但没写具体的规则条款。

以下是我们自己根据经验总结出来的几点注意事项：

1.不要多个人同时使用一个帐号，一个帐号一天内打电话总时长不能超过6小时,不要经常变更上网打电话的地点
2.包月期间不要拨打大量不同的电话号码，特别是在短时间内不要拨打很多不同的电话号码
3.不建议商业用户如话吧、电话推销、电话销售、市场调查用户使用，因为容易违反第5条规则，确实想使用的商业用户，建议先购买1-2个帐号先偿试
4.不要在同一台电脑创建大量的skype帐号,不要用有被冻结记录或曾经在非法充值点充过值的Skype帐号，不要用购买的skype帐号或者机器自动创建的帐号
5.总之，不要让skype觉得你是在恶意消费或者是打恶意骚扰电话
不然服务有被暂停使用一段时间甚至帐号有被冻结的危险哦

Skype公平使用原则原文：

SkypeOut calls and Skype To Go* calls are included in your subscription subject to a fair usage limit of 10,000 minutes per user per month. If your subscription includes more than one country, then this is the total amount of minutes allowed per month on your account, and is not a separate limit for each country. Once this limit is exceeded Skype will charge normal SkypeOut rates and a connection fee for any additional minutes used. Subscriptions are for individual use only. Each subscription is to be used by one person only and is not to be shared with any other user (whether via a PBX, call centre, computer or any other means).

* The rates charged by your operator for calling your Skype To Go number are not included in your subscription, and are always payable by you.

If your subscription includes any of the following countries, calls to both landlines and mobiles are included, subject to the fair usage limit above:

Skype reserves the right to change this fair usage policy at any time. Changes shall become effective within thirty (30) days of publication of the revised version on www.Skype.com. Your continued use of your subscription after expiry of the 30-day period shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of the revised fair usage policy.
