How can I update my Windows Firewall settings after reinstalling or upgrading Skype?

skype问题解答

Reinstalling or upgrading Skype can cause your firewall settings to become out of date. This can affect the quality of your audio calls.

If you are using Windows Firewall, follow the instructions below to update your firewall settings. If you are not using Windows Firewall, please ensure that exceptions are not allowed and that Skype does not appear in any list of exceptions for your firewall. Refer to the documentation for your firewall program if you are unsure how to do this.
